Our Services are intended for use by adults (18+) operating in a business or professional capacity in the music industry.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
We may offer free trial periods for paid plans. At the end of a trial period, your account will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at billing@protecttheculture.co within 30 days of the charge. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of your paid period.
You agree not to use our Services to:
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the MARQUEE platform — are owned by Protect The Culture LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Services (artist data, contracts, financial records, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services to you.
Our Services may integrate with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI features), and others. Use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in our Services constitutes legal advice. AI-generated contract analysis is provided for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship. You should consult a qualified attorney before signing any contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Protect The Culture LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Protect The Culture LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
